Voxme Estimator is a pre-move surveyapplication that helps surveyors perform detailed and accuratemulti-modal surveys, get customer to sign on the screen and sendcompleted surveys back to the office by email. Articles andresidence access photos are taken as part of the survey. Inventoryentry is based on the standard company’s cubesheet and can be donein any language.The application allows for entering articles one-by-one or bychecking off standard room articles. All residence access detailsas well as pre-move questionnaire (i.e. allowance, competition,required insurance type, storage for origin/destination, FIDI checklist) can be easily captured. Survey requests can be createdstraight on the device, received by email if sent in Voxme xmlformat or downloaded from Voxme server. Survey summaries arecreated in text, html or PDF formats and can be edited and emailedto the customer right away. In addition, survey details areavailable in Voxme xml format for import into Voxme or any othermove management system.Service activation is required in order to enable applicationconfiguration according to company's cubesheet, dictionaries,packing materials and services, as well as survey summarygeneration. Voxme Inventory is a packing inventoryrecording and printing application that allows crew men, driversand supervisors to quickly record detailed packing lists, print offthe packing list in any language over Bluetooth onto any mobileprinter, sign the customer on the screen and send the inventoriesback to the office. This solution is suitable for household goodsremovals as well as fine arts shippers. The level of capturedinventory details satisfies the most rigorous security and qualityrequirements.The application allows for taking photos of damaged or disassembleditems as well as loaded liftvans and containers. Inventory entry isbased on the standard company’s cubesheet and can be done in anylanguage. Each package is assigned job reference driven uniquebarcode.Job files can be created on the device, downloaded from the serveror received by email if sent in Voxme xml format. Packing lists areemailed back in text and pdf along with signature and photos.
